The 4/6 teeth per inch configuration enables effortless chip removal, resulting in faster and cleaner cuts. They have been tested to make over 90 cuts in 3/16" steel plate, demonstrating their durability and efficiency.

The extra deep body allows for a generous 1 5/8" cutting depth. A 3/16" heavy-duty backing plate adds strength and stability, preventing mandrel run-out and ensuring precise cutting.
