Bi-metal strips

Bimetal strips, as semi-finished products of bimetal band saw blades, are made by welding technology to make two metal materials - backing material and tooth material - welded together, and then cut the teeth. Our bimetal semi-finished bands are high quality products produced in our factory.

The raw materials used in our bimetal strips are imported from Germany and Japan to ensure the highest quality. In addition, we utilize state-of-the-art IPG laser welding technology to ensure that our products are not only durable, but also precise and consistent.

Efficient production processes are one of the key features of our bimetallic strips. With multiple production lines, we can ensure shorter lead times for our customers without sacrificing quality.

Some factories within China do not have such production lines and they produce the final product by purchasing composite materials. Although this product is a complementary product to the factory, the corresponding quality requirements are very strict and will directly affect the quality of the finished product. This is mainly reflected in the chemical composition, flatness and weld fullness.
