Bi-metal saws are indispensable in today's industrial metal applications. One of the great advantages of bi-metal saws is that they are made of two steels with different mechanical and physical properties that are welded together using a longitudinal laser welding process. With our leading technology in the production of bi-metal strips and our unique laser welding equipment, we are able to join two different steels (high-speed steel for the cutting edge and "tempered spring steel" for the backing) with excellent quality to create high-performance saw blades for our customers.
